1. Scope
These terms govern all purchases made through store4geeks.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. The shop is operated by Virtua.si d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia (EU).
2. Orders and contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock or priced in error; in such cases you will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at the time of order via Revolut Pay. We accept major debit and credit cards.
4. Delivery
See our Shipping info page for current delivery times and costs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days. See our Returns page for instructions.
6. Warranty
All products carry the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where prohibited by applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Slovenian law and the laws of the European Union. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
