• Order data: delivery address, items purchased, payment reference.

3. Legal basis and purposes

We process data on the basis of contract performance (order fulfilment), legal obligation (VAT, accounting), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, security). Where we send marketing emails we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Order and accounting records are kept for 10 years to meet Slovenian and EU tax law. Account data is deleted upon request (subject to any pending legal holds). Log data is purged after 90 days.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

6. Third parties

We share minimal data with: Revolut (payment processing) and our logistics partners (delivery). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
